Love is all or nothing, right? Can you love someone just a little? I don't think so. This song came from a time when a relationship with someone very close to me was threatened by a lot of differing opinions, perspectives, etc… but it wasn't a relationship I could let crumble. It wasn't someone I could just a little so the only option was to put our differences behind us and move on. No counting score, no one to be considered right or wrong. Just meeting in the middle because I couldn't love just a little.
